Bring your favorite recipe to share and learn how to adapt that recipe for cooking on board a sailboat. Jean Wolfrum will lead the discussion on adjusting recipes for shipboard meals. Hear about adaptations for rough weather‚ limited refrigeration‚ and limited ingredients. Join us for an evening of eating and learning.
