- Are you not ready to plunge into racing but want to experience a bigger‚ faster boat?

This special introductory clinic is for Soling and/or J/24 novices. You may not sail in this clinic‚ but you will leave with the familiarity to proceed to 20‚ 30 and 40 level coursework.

This clinic will be held dockside‚ covering the parts of the boat‚ the locations and operation of the key tools of sailing‚ the major differences between a Soling‚ J-24 and an Ensign. You’ll learn how to board‚ where to sit‚ how to move around‚ selecting sails‚ rigging‚ working a winch‚ and steering with a tiller extension and how to stay safe.

Prerequisites: A Light Air Rating with an Ensign Endorsement. No Ratings or Endorsements will come as part of this clinic.
