Denis Sullivan Transit
Up to ten (10) able-bodied adult MCSC sailors will help form the crew to sail the Denis Sullivan‚ delivering her south from Baltimore‚ around Cape Hatteras‚ to Charleston as she makes way to her winter harbors in the US Virgin Islands. Transport from Milwaukee to Baltimore and Charleston to Milwaukee are the responsibility of the sailors as are the costs of room and board‚ which is $1050 per person for the voyage.
This will be an authentic tall-ship ocean voyage. Sailors should be prepared for all types of weather‚ delays in either departure or arrival‚ salt-water bathing‚ shared crew-quarters and limited contact with friends and family while away.
